  1. I 100% agree, they need to improve the space battles, all of them since the sequels seens to be random. The only thing that I can save from this one is that Ahsoka’s ship is one of the old jedi ships that were op as hell, maybe the metal used is better then te one used in simple interceptors, I dont know

  2. The writing is lazy and purely for the show to keep going and get to its next scene.

Ashoka and crew have no idea who’s behind the attack on Sabine? Random droid is left behind for them to find and get pointed in the right direction.

Ashoka on corellia and isn’t getting answers. Random dude shouts for the empire and a ship happens to be leaving at the same time.

Hera gives the worst “report” on who thrawn is and his threat to the galaxy. “Hera you’re just asking for resources because of personal stakes” “nuh uh thrawn is a bad guy and he killed my friends” BRUH grand admiral thrawn is a chiss, potentially force sensitive, an expert planner, heir to the empire, the one dude who could unite all the warring imperial fleet. Hera made this guy sound like another villain of the week on Saturday cartoons. Now when fans ask why the new republic didn’t help or why Luke wasn’t sent Star Wars shills can point out Hera “tried” to “convince” the new republic to look into it but they refused.

Hera and Sabine find the hyperspace ring but the show has them drop out of hyperspace far away because of “jedi protocol” (ironic that Ashoka pointed out the order failed) so they can have an action scene. (I swear I saw them use the same shot of one of the bad guy ships coming in for a strafe).

Ashokas ship gets damaged after taking 500 shots while the enemy ships die to one shot from their cannons? Ashoka does a cartwheel in space deflecting cannon fire instead of the ship just shooting the vitals of the ship further disabling it. She then some how lands on the ship rather then floating into space meanwhile two scenes later she’s going to make it seem like she’s about to float out into space unless Sabine picks her up. Did she use the force the first time to bring her back to the ship like Leia? Did she just get lazy on the second time she floated away?? Is Ashoka wearing gravity boots? Why isn’t their ship blasted to smitherens.

Hera and Sabine need to get down to the planet but need to be hidden? Purgils show up to throw everyone off their trail.

Since EP1 the show continues to throw these lazy plot holes and small continuity errors that really just bring me out the of the show or just make me roll my eyes. I love this little “infinity war” style era of Star Wars where mando, rebels, and a couple other Star Wars IP are coming together to culminate in what I assume will be a “endgame” style event where everything culminated to the final fight. But marvel before it became shit put effort and thought into most of their movies early on. The most recent writing outside of andor has been “and then x happens and then x happens and then x happens.” I only watch cause I’m invested in the outcome. If I was an average TV consumer I would’ve turned it off by episode 2 cause they fail to explain why this is a threat, who any of these people are, or why it’s happening.

ALSO MY GOD THE DIALOGUE. At the very beginning of the show “your skill with a weapon comes from your mandalorian up bringing”. WHO THE FUCK SPEAKS LIKE THAT. ARE YOU REMINDING SABINE THAT SHES A MANDALORIAN ASHOKA??? It’s very obvious it’s for the viewers but just like my god it’s just lazy writing.

“Oh btw Sabine can fight good bc she’s a part of a people called mandalorians. Oh you know the mandalorian right? Grey guy with the green cute baby that’s good with guns but constantly gets his ass whooped last season? Yeah sabines one those too so she’s good at combat”

If I didn’t care about Star Wars I would’ve left it behind after ep 8. I hate it here.

  3. i liked how sabine is training without using the force ahsoka should adapt how they train to accommodate for that, overall decent episode definitely set up the next one pretty well

  4. 27 in Perth today, finally warming up. Almost time to blow the cobwebs from the outboard and go fishing again. Should be some good fishing there if that’s what you’re into, tropics hold the best fishing. Like the northern parts of Australia, imagine the Phillipines would have similar species
