I believe AMSOIL makes the finest quality motor oil, transmission fluid, fuel additives, filters, gear oil, cleaners, protectants, power steering fluid, brake fluid, suspension fluid, antifreeze, coolant, hydraulic fluid, compressor oils, firearms lubricants, firearms, bar & chain oil, and grease in the world. However, I figured out why I don’t like AMSOIL Synthetic Water Resistant Grease. See why I no longer use this grease on my 2020 KTM 300 XC-W TPI dirt bike Twin Air Filter. Recorded July 2022.

I've heard plenty of examples where a reputable brand makes a product that turns out to be unpopular because it doesn't work well but very rarely do you ever hear someone dislike a product because it works TOO well. 😆
What would be a good grease for driveshaft splines?
silicone grease/paste works best on rubber.
i use to use thier oil and i also stopped useing all thier products also.
Just ordered some myself using it on a snow plow and chassis of my trucks pleased to hear it sticks and don’t wash out

I've been an Amsoil customer for 20 years never had an issue. Great oil great product
It is a fabulous product, and I've been using it for almost 30 years on automotive and marine projects, BUT, for us, the 96% of the worlds population that do NOT live in the USA, it is VERY difficult to get hold of. Since USPS moved all international shipping to air I can't ship it from the US because it's a restricted product on most airlines (I know it shouldn't be – but it is – and you can't argue with them) and it is very difficult to buy from the international distributors as most only stock the main line motor racing products. Amsoil will not sell direct, they insist you buy through your counties official Amsoil distributors but the UK distributors are not interesting in selling or marketing products for marine use, and their are minimum order quantities and a shelf life so they just say no (not a criticism of the distributors, I understand their point). Amsoil need to sort this out. The "other 96%" would use much more of it – and the other Amsoil products – if only they could get hold of them.
I’m not sure if I got a bad batch or what… but I greased some Boatlift rollers, came back after 2-3 weeks of regular usage, there was zero evidence that they had been greased at all… I mean ZERO evidence… not a hint of blue, not a slippery surface… in a lake of freshwater. I emailed amsoil as the colour of some tubes was more grey than blue, no response. I wish I shared your experience.
Do not cry, just use brake cleaner to clean 😂
