Good morning buddy, always keeping it real! Thank you for sharing
Well said, excellent video!
Great video Moose. When I picked up my new M3 from Tom at high pressure pneumatics, it had a additional page with the manual explaining the barrel fastener. Also explained witch calibers to install the included O-ring on. I assume FX has included this with M3's having the fastener tensioner option.
Awesome Moose 👌great info buddy thanks for sharing bsafe buddy 👍
couldn't agree more. Whenever anyone on Facebook talks about where to purchase their FX airgun, I strongly suggest they make their purchase through companies that ONLY test the gun before it ships. All of these guns are fair-traded which means their price will be exactly the same. Let the Retailer test your purchase before you get it. However, purchasing from the companies that pull the gun from the shelf and put a shipping sticker on, will turn you into a more proficient "tinker" since you'll have to work your way through issues. Thanks for keeping it honest, newbies should appreciate your efforts and experience.
Up to your knowledge so you forgot to mention
For the price of an M3 I can purchase 5 * CZ457 Training rifles which then gives me the weekend off from shooting. It's challenging to relate to content that is out of my budget. It's a pity since I like the presenter.
I did not see this video before making my purchase of my m3 from Tom at high pressure pneumatics, however I can attest that everything you said about buying from a shop that tests these before shipping. When I shot mine after the purchase it was more accurate than I currently am. And I have had zero issues with it. I’m enjoying my journey learning more about these airguns. I also like having bought my gun from a reputable shop because I know at any time if I do have an issue with it I can go see Tom at any point and he will be able to give me any and all insight I need to fix my issue. There’s something to be said about going to buy at a brick and mortar store also, internet purchases have their place but if it’s possible to go someplace there’s an actual store front you can personally go to.
Very good information. I'm glad you made this video.
Great video…keep 👍 up the good work
Great way of explaining the possibilities. There is no product that will be exactly the same every time it is assembled. you can take a airgun that you fine tune and have it perfect, then take it all apart and put it back together and you will have to retune it again. Its just part of the process. Great presentation!
Moose great advice my friend and very good information buddy thanks for the video and information.
Like your content Moose. On this particular issue I must say I disagree. I purchased a dreamline classic two years ago from Baker air guns. Black pepper laminate stock. The bottom rear of the stock came scratched and chipped. As if someone drug it over a chain link fence. Saved for months and when I finally had enough it was the only one in the country I could find for sale. I could have sent it back but would I ever receive another? I would personally prefer if the distributor never took it out off the box. Hard to believe FX sent a stock out in that condition. I’ve seen numerous videos of Utah Airguns unboxing a new rifle, setting it up, then taking out for some shooting as if it was thier own.
Not what I’m hoping for when I’m buying new. No one is going to care for my rifle more than me. If a distributor is going to fool with my purchase before I receive it they should sell it as used because that’s what it is. I don’t fault Baker Air guns as I don’t know what happened. Just my two cents.
Man I appreciated this video Moose, great attitude man.
Moose, your exactly right, I bought my impact mk3 from Tom, he had that tuned to a nats ass and than I through a tune I’m it for me from there, but your right, shit happens when these guns are made from the manufacture. Hopefully you buy from a shop that test’s them before they sell them. Great video
Finally SOME HONEST REVIEW ABOUT A PRODUCT THAT COST THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS THANK YOU……………………
Congrats for the 5th place at the range and the new review as well, regards
moose every shop should test fire a new gun for fps and what not great vidio
Great info 👍
Thanks for sharing 😊
Something I have learned over 48 years with firearms. A simple shake and or bump with your hand on the heel of a stock can reveal astounding things at times. Being in Australia I have never taken delivery of a "checked by the shop" rifle. They make sure everything is there of course and some have had the scope fitted but thats about it. Not a criticism or a complaint here just something that happened :- When I first used my Crown it had a mystery rattle and I eventually traced it to a tiny screw totally undone on the back of the hammer. The screw itself seems to do no more than stop the hammer falling out. My good old shake and bump found that one 🙂
All that he said I did not even thought about asking I'm new when it comes to air gun. He open my eyes on stuff he said after watching the video I'm going to think in to it more and make a list on thing to ask just from looking at the videos he has.
Greetings. You made many crucial points in this video. One has to know from which distributor to purchase any rifle. One's experience with any such purchase will dictate the first impression with shooting it, moreover, there will be many other factors involved when one tries any rifle for the first time, from minor adjustments to others of greater import in order to achieve a modicum of accuracy to that of competition level. Last, shipping might affect the state of the item bought. One must understand that handling of any article during its voyage from the manufacturer to your hands might influence its components and or settings adversely.Thank you again for your films.
Great video have you thought about reviewing the Air Venturi's Bull Pup? I recently bought 1. I can't believe how great this one shoots at a $400 price + optics & accessories. I'm at about $1100 with Hawke scope Jines bi pod Venor compressor it's not cheap but I'm pleased.
We still have to figure out why our bag riders don’t fit but other peoples do 🤔 is it the gun or the rider. Hmmmm. I still can’t get any answers.
Great video look forward to the series!! What is acceptable good spread for factory M3 regulator in how many shots ??
moose what happened to putting the stock barrel back into the slugger and shooting pellets and light slugs people dont buy a m3 to jump wright into slugs show us the journey to slugs i thought thats was going to happen after all the great accessories you added .500k you the man……
