This stuff never fails to amaze me. How ignorant are the vast majority of US Post Office Staff and how much does the wasted police time cost the public? Until 1A training is included in basic training, too much Public money will continue to be wasted at the expense of more urgent services! I reckon some wise person one day will propose a Bill to Congress a business concept to do this training. Perhaps employ all the best 1A Auditors, appointed as Public Servant Teachers/ Instructors of the most precious political ideas ever conceived. What are y'all waiting for?
