My favorite Mad Max movie is Furiosa. Deeper story & character development. But we aren't likely to see another Mad Max movie made again given Furiosa's disatrous box office #s on opening weekend.

Awesome movie. I want more. I might even go to the movies next week again, to enjoy the details. Since Fury Road nobody was able to make such an apocalyptic movie. George Miller has done it, again. A masterpiece.

This was the best movie of the year for me. Epic in every way and better than Fury Road even. I enjoyed it much more than Dune 1 and Dune 2. I had very little expectations based on some reviews but man, it exceeded all my expectations. Definitely worth paying for it at the theater.

I FREAKING LOVED this movie! Thank you so much for this overview. I have friends–and I've seen some YT videos–which claim this movie is "woke" with a girl-boss as the protagonist, but that's just pure b*llsh*t. Other YT channelers recognize the truth about Furiosa's character and her Hero's Journey. Don't know why others can't see that. She suffers greatly and overcomes all that, and without being the perfect boss-babe who shows up men. SPOILER: I just wish they hadn't had her escaping by cutting off her arm with no one noticing. END SPOILER. Also that true fate for Dementus was idiotic–completely implausible.
