My property has been returned to me and now I will be filing a federal civil rights lawsuit to hold those responsible accountable!   15. It seems to us that the New York Police Department does not insist that their police officers be proficient in the English language. The police officers we see in these videos are not proficient in English. If they cannot speak proficiently in English then no wonder they don't know the law of the land.

  16. There are 2 occupations I always say need to be a lot tougher to get into:

    #1 Police Officer, If your job is to enforce the law than you need to know the laws. Some of these auditors really bring out how uneducated these officers are. Another thing, in order to be able to fight crime you should expect to be somewhat in shape physically. What is an over weight fat ass cop going to do when a bad guy needs to be wrestled to the ground? I know shoot them because that's all they can do, and say they were resisting arrest.

    #2 Commercial Drivers, It seems like anybody with a pulse can get a CDL. If you have a hard time following road signs and directions driving thru a city in a normal non commercial vehicle that you do not need to be operating a 75' tractor trailer. To get your CDL you should be able to read a paper map to navigate. So many CDL drivers hit shit because they get their self stuck in tight situations, hit over passes because they don't read signs or know how tall they are or they don't know how to drive in reverse and don't get out to look and just back up and destroy shit. I see it all the time and its fucking scary knowing what really goes on out on the road. A CDL is for a (professional vehicle operator) not, hey just get a score of 70 the 3rd time you took it and get the license.

    All just my ranting opinion lol. I don't know why I took the time to write this.

  33. Is this the lawyer you used ? – when you took a plea deal – had wrote an apology letter to the officer – community service – and basically got down on your knees and begged? That wouldn’t be good for his law firm, unless they specializes in plea deals, and avoid trials.

  36. Charges can be dismissed for a variety of reasons, you are carrying on like you have had a big win which you have not. All you have achieved is to make more people hate you frauditors with your bullshit.
