I think this is going to be one of those complex moral shoes we’re Mordaval or whatever her name is is actually good in a sense and trying to save the surface dwellers from the vault dwellers. And that McClean is both good and bad and has either been running experiments on surfacer’s or making a plan for the vaulters where all the ppl on the surface die. I also think the bad lady actually lived in the vaults at some point in the past
