Fallout 76 – RNG 2: Better Luck Next Time
Rules of the playthrough:
– Only perk card pack cards can be used. Perks picked during special rank up must be scrapped.
– Legendary perks will be decided randomly.
– No Crafting unless quest required. Modding of weapons and armor is allowed.
– Guaranteed quest rewards (weapons and armor) can’t be used.
– Can’t take items from other players.
– Can’t spend caps. Selling is allowed.
– Gold can only be used for lunchboxes. Legendary scrip must be spent on weapons/armor, not modules.
