  1. I'm not sure about this one? Above all, the Police should have made HIM leave the property until they both cooled down. If that happens, I don't think we would even be watching this episode. I would like to see body cam footage if I'm a juror. Good episode like always!

  2. Man…thank God I’m not in the toxic relationships I was once a part of. This one is scary knowing I’ve escaped similar situations. I don’t condone any type of violence in relationships, but obviously slamming this woman sealed that man’s fate. Gotta keep your cool and keep your hands to yourself because you cannot regulate the next persons actions/reactions. God bless.

  3. THIS IS CALLED A WOMAN "TIRED". ITS SCARY LIVING WITH AN ABUSIVE MAN NOT KNOWING HOW WORSE IT WOULD BE NEXT TIME. BEEN THERE, I HAD BAD THOUGHTS TO BUT, I DID IT THE CORRECT WAY, I SENT HIM AWAY ONE DAY WHILE I WAS BRUISED AND BLOODY, THEY TOOK HIM RIGHT ON TO JAIL FOR A YEAR, I THANK GOD I DIDN'T DO ANYTHING THAT MY MIND TOLD ME & I WAS STRONGER IN THAT SPECIFIC MOMENT AND THOUGHT TWICE BECAUSE I WAS SO TIRED AND THE DEVIL WAS IN MY EAR, ILL BE SITTING IN PRISON RIGHT NOW POSSIBLY. I AM NOT EXCUSING HER IN NO WAY FOR MURDER IM JUST GIVING INPUT ON WHERE HER MINDSET COULD HAVE BEEN THATS ALL… PRAYERS TO HIS FAMILY AND PRAYER TO HER MENTAL HEALTH AND THE KIDS MENTAL HEALTH.

  4. She diddn;t had to kill him, she could have asked the police to escorted him out of the house and broke of their relationship. I don't think he was a real treat to her because after he was allegedly slammed her on the ground before they still live together and she let him watch the children. She also doesn't seem bother at all during the case. 25 years is what i woukd give this cold woman. Period.

  5. So she got multiple kids but one with him, they have a rocky relationship track record and she was obviously out cheating there’s no way any decent parent would go that many hours out with out so much as seeing how their kids are even if they’re with another parent/parent figure. Paired with her saying she told yall she was gonna do it and the fact she went outside, out of her way to get a tire iron and a gun from her car and not even 2 minutes later he’s shot? Premeditated for sure she was too chill about it. She was probably waiting for the next argument to have a reason.

  8. This is the kind of woman that men need to stay away from. She got that boy watching her baby then made up a lie about getting into with some one then turned off her phone what do you think she was doing? If a man did that would you think he was doing? Then said to him this ain't your baby you ain't even on the birth certificate. Adding insult to injury. She ratchet and if you let her get away with it. Two things going to happen she going to laugh about it because she got away with it and is going to continue to be ratchet and mess up someone else's life.

  9. The verdict was ridiculous. She got away with murder. His mother loses her son for life but she gets five years. The system is broken. Had it been the other way around you can not tell me it would had not been different. She said she was going to shoot him. She set him up point blank.

  10. I really cant call this one. If someone tells you they are going to beat you and they've already put their hands on you …than what do you expect. Honestly i blame the police. They waited outside even when they saw her grab the tire iron. Weird

  11. I don't buy her self defense argument for a single second. His previous behavior is in no way excused, but the facts of the case don't support self defense. The fact she's not in jail is insane, and clear inequality in our justice system.

  12. I knew that was Eva's ex, Mr. Sterling. He did a great job with his opening statements. I wish people would just leave each other alone. Violence is never the answer. The officers should have separated them instead of having them go in the house together. They didn't do their jobs.
