This is an educational tutorial on how to survive in and conquer Fallout 3’s DLC Point Lookout, when going there immediately after the tutorial and only using the items and enemies in that location, of course, without ever leaving Point Lookout.

  1. The reason you ran out of stimpaks is because the double barrel shotgun is bugged and deals way more damage than it should, so swampfolk are unintentionally OP.

  2. I fondly remember playing this DLC and being completely engrossed in it. This video brought back a lot of memories. There was soooooo much exploration and I absolutely loved helping defend the mansion and remember later being shocked that it got blown up. I was very sad when the missionary got killed later on. Fallout 3 is amazing.

  3. Since fallout 3 is the only one i played, this was one of my favorite DLCs(on par with Pittsburg).
This was amazing to watch and to see someone who never played it.
I hope you have the other dlcs planned as well, as some of them are kinda do-able in the "region lock" challenge

  4. Just because I don’t see another comment about this so far (sorry if there is & I missed it), I looked it up and Desmond absolutely has the same voice actor as Jiub! I love that you noticed that too because (as someone who’s never had the chance to play Morrowind but loves a good Joov or young scrolls vid) I immediately had the same thought.

Anyway, as always your videos are a treat to watch! It’s been a long week and I’m pretty sure I caught a cold so this is a great pick-me-up!

  5. Funny your character’s name is Jeb. I once played a Fallout online Roleplay project and one character in game was named Jeb and was supposed to be one of those uneducated southern guys, and the fact that this DLC’s swamp folk are just that, it’s a bit of a coincidence.

  6. Frankly, I'm disappointed. You either missed or did not show yourself indulging in the finest activity point lookout has to offer: playing around with the ill-fated concept of juggling and/or throwing the swamp bubbles.
