Elden Ring Co-op Gameplay: NOOB BODYGUARD SERVICE! | Andy Protects Mike in Boss Fight But Not Really

Elden Ring co-op is fun but finicky, with specific limitations on what you can do in online multiplayer. See for yourself in Xbox Series X co-op gameplay in which Andy takes his higher-level Tarnished into Mike’s game to protect Mike’s flimsy young Vagabond.

Elden Ring is out now.

  1. If you're having trouble, or you're scared of Margit, explore Limgrave. Theres a cave in the large canal that runs through the middle with a minor boss fight against ya boi, Patches. Beat him most of the way, he gives up and if you spare him, he sells you stuff! One of the items he sells is a Shackle, which stuns Margit and pins him down, letting you get some solid hits in! Also, you can get the Twinblade in Limgrave- just go to the Dragon Burnt ruins, (the big place right down in the little swamp off to the right of the starting area), and go into the kinda closed off building to the far right. Jump over with your horse, go down the stairs, and get yourself that sexy Darth Maul weapon! It's very big on DeX tho, so keep that in mind. Good luck!

  2. Man it was weird seeing Andy of all people all into a soulsborne game. I hope this evolves into him playing all the games in like a month, like how it happened with the Yakuza series.

I genuinely think he would love Bloodborne, being very into goth aesthetics and playing dressup.

  3. I honestly don’t know what I love most about this.. Andy and Mike pairing up against the unknown, Andy the furled hero of the people and his ruthless darth maul getup. Mike and Andy absolutely walloping the octopus without the backstab for most of the fight. The very real max payne and mob boss son vibes.

  4. Andy I see you have a HP Debuff,
Unless you're getting that from your armour, make sure you're not holding Baldachin's Blessing. Even if its just in your inventory it decreases your max HP by 5%

That Red Square below your Stamina bar is the HP Debuff icon.

  6. I admit that I only played through the first Dark Souls, but to me Mike's rolls didn't seem "fat". A fatroll ends with the character clambering to their feet. Mike's rolls were just the regular type, while Andy's rolls were fast where the character lands on their feet immediately.

  7. Attacking the land octopi’s beak will destroy them, it’s a bit risky bc of the tentacles but you also do massive damage.
I’d love to see Luke, Andy, and Mike team up for Radhan lol

  8. Ok this entire video was a twist I wasn't expecting, 11 minutes in and I'm still wondering if it's an April fools joke? Anyway I'm proud of your community, most of the comments seem to be positive. Maybe it will be different once we've all had years to perfect the best builds but I hope not.

  9. personally, twinblade kinda sucked for me, mainly for doing bosses… it was way easier when i switched to flamberge. (would have use great axe, but i sold it when i got it…)

  10. How the hell didn't either Andy or Mike understand the concept of "stab the thing in the glowing weak spot", something literally taught to you by the game.
Both Andy and Mike need to watch Eurogamer's 'Elden ring for dummies' series
