In the same spot, after beating the game and collecting the Elden Beast Remembrance, you'll have to upgrade the Sacred Relic Sword to at least +9. Go until you see all the foes and use the weapon art for 40k per 12 seconds. This is so far the best rune farm in the game, however you'll have to beat the game first.
We really went from 2k runes evert 30 seconds with the boulder to 20k runes ever 10 seconds huh

You first need to finish the Varre quest (u need to kill godrick first), then he will give u an item that teleports u here
