  1. Just killed her, but I got screwed, I my character for whatever reason started crawling up on her backside, and just refused to continue upwards to her head, he kept on relocating to the front of her and I kept on getting launched off. And next thing I know, fights over, no head 👎🏼

  3. The weight of that bow kills it if ur used to using abilities constantly.
    – But the knockdown on the basic attack is similar to using abilities. I knocked most things down in 1-3 shots (im also using the ring that increases knockdown chance)

I started trying to use abilities and was exhausted after 1 ability every time. So i just started using the basic attack for tge rest of the time, and only used an ability when i had tons of space.

Not sure its worth sticking with

  4. I did it was a Warrior with the Stalwart Sword with Lightning Affinity. so no. You DO NOT HAVE to be a thief.
And no…your mission was not bugged. You clearly showed your pawns smashing the petrified Griffin to pieces, which does not give him time to look at the statue for the best outcome.

So he will say he has to use his imagination…cause your pawns fucking obliterated it. At least tell the truth in your videos.
That is why you have your pawns wait, face it yourself, petrify it, and there you go. Critical thinking prevails.

  5. Yooo farm 2 of these for the bosses in unmoored by putting them in your chest to save them. Easy fights…. That and if you ended up saving a few more easy farming man.

I know a lot of people are gonna say it’s a timed area, but not if you beat all of the Boss circles. By doing that you can have a lot of time to stay in there for a bit to farm till you're hearts content.

  6. Do some research at least?
I didn’t this with mystic spear without even trying. The head came off.

Also it’s only 7 day sleep. Just have to leave the area. Can’t use the campfire nearby.

  7. Here's an idea for the spellbow. I don't know which enemy gives the highest xp on kill in the game. I suspect it might be Talos (the gigantus). You can kill him with an unmaking arrow. So bringing two XP rings (at least one, I've not found a second one yet) and killing him with the unmaking arrow using the spellbow should net you a staggering amount of XP. There might be another boss somewhere else that gives you more – I'll have to test this on my second playthrough.

  8. Some notes on the medusa head. Any class that can deal slashing damage execution can chop off the head. So no need to be thief. If you use a fighter or war make sure u have a slashing weapon equipped or u will never cut it off. As for the knockdown u don't need a particular element I did it with my warrior using a greatsword with ice affinity buff. (I did try with a blunt weapon as well and the execution would not trigger even though I had her knocked down.) All I did was use high knockdown attacks or just grab on her face and spam light attacks until she dropped then just pressed heavy on her face to execute her and instakill her by chopping of the head. If you struggle with setting up the execution before she dies u can tell ur pawns to wait so they don't attack her and also augment ur gear with dwarven smithing to improve knockdown stat. As for not damaging the boss too much and getting the non preserved version I would suggest trying to get the execution before she looses her second health bar completely. I executed her with like 5% left on her second bar and I still got it so it works. If ur dmg is just too high u can use the ring the sphynx gives u during the duel trial to make ur attacks deal no damage but still build up knockdown. Just make sure u unequip the ring before u execute her.
