  1. I'm currently trying to run a coal mining base but it has a cliff in it (in the dessert area near the volcano), luckily the only thing that has occurred so far is a digtoise getting stuck in a wall and them also getting stuck behind the pal box due to it being too close to the wall and them thinking there is a node to mine there. If anyone knows of a better and secure coal mining spot I'd be happy to here… Cuz my little Oasis island base is… Meh at best 😅

  2. Breeding can be a pain the a** if you're trying to breed two massive sized pals. If you don't put some walls or gates around the pen the pals will escape mid breeding to run to beds and ruin the breeding process, not only that but if they have the skill to mine or cut trees they like to run out of the pen during breeding to do that and break it. it's super frustrating. You can squeeze in two small beds into the breeding pen but when you try to throw big pals into there they just connect with the beds and fall asleep for a second then wake up but don't get assigned to the pen because the beds are in the way. One solution i can think of is if we can make breeding pens of different sizes and unlock the bigger ones at higher levels. The breeding pen is way too small for some pals to fit in effeciently

  3. Also, be sure to properly space every construction with interaction in the base guys! It is quite difficult to click on specific structures when they are placed close to each other (your pals will also have difficulties interacting with those structures). Happy building!!

  4. I already did everything I can think of in Palworld and am in the 1% to beat all the bosses based on the Steam achievements but wanted to say I still enjoy watching these videos. First learned about Palworld from the videos on this channel a year ago or so, I believe. So, thanks for introducing me to it. I enjoyed my experience even though it had tons of jank, bugs, and many facets of the game not being fleshed out. Happily paid for the game rather than just playing the Game Pass version and looking forward to content updates that I'm sure I'll learn about from this channel 🙂

  5. Beaches are the flatest, most spacious area in the game without obstacles, dont build camp on top of resources since pals can get stuck on top of trees or ore/big rocks, its better to put markers for mining areas and go on a fast mount than try to build a base right next to resources.

You can also lay a ton of foundation to let your pals live on a flat surface anywhere as long as its even and over a large area.

Dont make your base out of wood, its flameable, it spreads.

Lastly, pals will only walk on foundation and sometimes stairs, they will not walk on any "second floor" of a base since the tiles are technically ceilings. If you make a foundation centered base for your pals to live on, make the walls at least 3 tiles high and wide so that all but your chonkiest pals can move around.

    Hope some of this helps.

  6. The biggest mistake was that I have build my entire base with a wood floor and everything build on the wood… 1 tile got fire and the base was entirely destroyed in a few seconds with every building on it… All materials from them and containers on the floor… if you get a dc then you lose everything.

Luckily you can load the Backup saves.

You should show your audience how to reroll to a backup, so they know.

  7. The cliff thing is definitely true. Also, building next to a creek, small pals can't get up the sides if they go in the water. I think you lose pals randomly sometimes just by traveling back and forth. If they load before the map draws in, they could be falling through the world

  8. The game is a buggy mess, yeah I know small team, early access, blah, blah, blah but there’s too many crashes s& glitches to make it enjoyable. Glad I used the $1 Gamepass trial to give it a go, I’d be miffed paying $30 for this.

  9. Thanks! I threw down a base in that ruins area right where you start the game. For the most part it hasn't been too bad but once I got a few larger pals, they started falling off the cliff. x_x;

  10. I made the mistake and build my first base at an area that may be big and flat, but has some fences and those thigs are always in my way of building. I hope the devs add a feature that lets you remove pre-existing buildings if they are inside your base.

  11. On a multiplayer server my friend set up our first base with the box right next to a cliff face, so the Pals would be put directly into the wall, as well as anyone who fast traveled.
Needless to say I was a lot more careful when it came to picking a location for Base 2.

  12. Dang, I just found that mountain quartz spot, the quartz isn't concentrated together but it's mild temp and relatively flat, I'll have to keep an eye on it, I basically just wanted a fast travel spot.

  13. Theres a very nice spot that is flat out of the way from raids and its spacious. Over by king paca theres is big pointy rock with skill fruit tree at its base, around the front of that mid way up the mtn is the spot. Sometimes enemies will fall from the top during raids. however.

  14. 1:30 Wow, I think we decided to build a base in the same location. That is the little grass area between the dessert and the snow mountain with a skill fruit tree nearby, right?

I think I built mine in an even steeper part but my pals didn't dissapear at all. I covered the whole thing in stone structures except for the resources spawn spots, my friend says it ended up looking almost like an astec pyramid.

Anyway, I've been watching you for 2 years and just realized I wasn't subscribed. I don't normally use my youtube account. Well, now I'm subscribed. Thanks for the amazing content these past 2 years.

  15. Honestly haven’t been able to play on Xbox for the last 3 days. It’s constant crashing every minute of two. Dungeons haven’t worked since the first update. Ruins the entire gameplay
