  18. In Texas you have to be lawfully arrested before you are obligated to give up your identification
    It's a little hard to educate the people that are too stupid and ignorant to want to it's a little hard to educate the people that are too stupid and egotistical to want to learn.

  19. A lot of the post office employees don't care about their rules and regulations they only care about their own personal feelings and they think they know what's what better than anyone else

    He can still file a lawsuit against the employees and the officers without being arrested.
    Because they're already stating they will arrest him
