Bagent gonna surpass fields after some practice and games under his belt.
People were saying Moore wasn’t confident in bagent it’s funny. He knows he’s better goes through his reads faster and gets rid of the rock. Rather have him make mistakes and get a few interceptions then be gun shy. Fields gone next year either way let’s see what the rookie got.
The backup QB can't save that team. It has to start with the McCaskeys. Stop being cheap and using the same damn formula Halas used. Times have changed and its time to adjust to the new era of football. Hopefully the kid plays good but I think fields is Outta here. I would keep him and find a new coach that actually played and knows how to develop talent. Trade the top pick and get more depth for the team. There's no reason to draft another QB with the history the Bears have as a franchise.
Bagent had that game won if he had had some practice with TJ and the offense.
He had no way of knowing that Moore was faster than than his last pass.
I'll bet the next time he has that chance he won't be intercepted because of an underthrown ball.
That was an easy game winning touchdown if he would have known to throw it a little deeper!
I'm looking forward to the game against vegas so we can all see what Bagent can do.
I still want to see the Bears get the 1st. and 2nd. draft pick in 2024 with Bagent to build around.

He actually plays with a bit more energy then Justin tho. He definitely doesn’t hold that ball long either.
Bagent is a good quarterback that's it he's not ELITE his arm isn't strong and he has tendencies to throw wounded duck passes just being honest 🤷🏻♂️ overall if he can help us out anyway he can hey more power to the rook, always going to back up anyway of our players even if they're not that great all part of being a true BEARS FAN Bear down 🐻 .
No qb will survive here if they don't build a complete Oline. Tough being a fan of the Bears.

Bagent will be a good QB. Question is, will Bears front office let him? If he ends up playing as well as/better than Justin, good chance they'll do something silly to sabotage the team.
