LA PD Hollywood Division is swatting protesters of Scientology when they are doing nothing illegal. They are using police resources against protesters against Scientology. The police department and fire department have the capability to find out who is placing the fake calls but they will not. Waste of taxpayers money.
A reasonable person in LAzPD Economic and Strategic Planning would want cost cutting measures that include tech tracking to identify the sources of "Swatting," that domestically terrorizes innocents, and "false flags" danger in neighborhoods.
