Have you considered running no ult? I feel like it does not do that much damage, but I'll admit I haven't run shortbow much lately. Back when I did I remember using no ult, and running the Bola instead (running rest of bar same as you do in this video).
I think you fire the ult from too far away, it really does its job from close by. Also I'd go for 2 stuns, its more useful.
I'm currently running longbow. One thing I struggle with is that the sighting reticle doesn't particularly do a good job of representing where your shot is going to hit like it does in most FPS games. In particular, when you're up close, you have to aim ABOVE the target's head to have any chance of getting a headshot. Unfortunately, aim too far above them, and the shot misses entirely. I think the problem is how the perspective isn't first-person, it's still third-person, but altered compared to the melee weapons. It takes a lot of getting used to. The other place this problem rears it's ugly head is trying to fire over obstacles or down from walls. It often appears that you have a clear line of fire, but you end up shooting the wall, barrier, or other obstacle. It often feels like the shot is originating from somewhere near your feet instead of at the center of your sight like in an FPS.
i play 2 stuns no escape ability steal tipped arrow and then one of the ult's I change it a lot because you can not always get close to the enemy to use angry hornets so you can try that out if you want to

Should stay on your horse while shooting siege at the start as you get increased attack speed until you jump of your horse, not sure the exact % increase but it's notable amount.
Also I run poison and steel tip as they hit hard at range, good for finishing people off while they run away
