  1. Good guide but a quick tip – obviously FOV is preference and you may not be able to play with a low FOV, but having your FOV lowered in a game like EFT where you may not always have magnification on aim can be useful if you can't run magnification optics often. It helps you hit your shots a couple meters extra farther out, but of course it also limits your awareness of surroundings.

  2. I know this sounds stupid, but I GAINED fps by setting shadows and textures on medium. As far as I understand, if you set it on low, game will use more CPU for everything.
    I have i9- 11900k and old (year 2016) gtx 1080. on LOW my gpu had almost no load and was about 50C on all maps. When I set shadows and textures on medium it used more gpu and it became hotter (70C for me, because I limit it to that in afterburner). I got 95-102 fps (again I limited it to 102 at NVCP) at shoreline and got boost on other maps (was averaging 80 before that). So yea, just try it out, don't forget to restart the game after changes. Maybe it will help someone out.

  3. I had my 3080ti on guarantee repair, and had to switch back to 1080 I had before. When I turned down my settings from ultra I nearly cried. Game is so utterly bad looking on settings like that, that I couldn’t look at it.

  4. I used to use 75 but it wasn't so much the inaccuracy of shot that made me change it. A few times I noticed enemies in the direct middlemof my screen were much smaller if I looked directly at them compared to viewing them in my "peripherals" and as soon as I swapped down to about 59-66 that effect no longer applied. Not sure if it is still the case since I haven't changed my five for about 3 years but that's the main reason I stopped using 75. Though I may have to try it again

  5. Man, imagine a russian slaves away for months to make the game look good, and then someone uses post FX that makes the game look like deepfried meme just to minmax visibility ;_;

  6. The optimal settings will differ from person to person because of their preference and hardware. No need to copy someone else's settings. Just go into the game and take 15min messing around.
