Andrea Fulgham reached out to CBS 2, frustrated with the U.S. Postal Service for holding her mail with no real explanation. CBS 2’s Sabrina Franza is always investigating and got to the bottom of it.

  1. Chicago's USPS is the WORST! Everywhere else I've lived USPS has delivered 100% better service. They used to throw my mail under the porch in winter, so I didn't find any of it until the snow melted even when we shoveled the sidewalk & stairs. Bums!

  2. I was just fighting with my post office, myself, this week. Just received a red light ticket……From 2020!!! I live in Crestwood (the town where the previous mayor went to prison for taking bribes from the same red light camera company). I also asked the clerk why my 2 day mail that I paid to send, took 2 weeks to arrive—-They said that 2 days was “only an estimate “. Only government agencies can get away with this nonsense and still survive. Any private business that pulled this kind of stuff would be out of business.

  3. Sadly .. This s what happens when The Government is involved in any type of " Business " . Not only is The USPS budget a large cost to the taxpayer , but it is always in the red by billions . It's not incentive based like a private company ie UPS , FedEx . They'd already be out of business .Expecting mail today is like going to Vegas . You can only wait and wonder if it'll ever come .

  4. I saw a car with flashing lights behind an Amazon and then again behind a Fed Ex truck. They must have security following delivery trucks because of thugs robbing the trucks in these neighborhoods. You all wanted to defund the police, you get what you wanted….more crime. Do you all feel safer now?
