No room for error on that track, it's wider than Monaco but just as claustrophobic, ebe more so with tha tgreen wall rising many feet above the car almost all the way around tha track.
After watching some of the qualifying those 90deg corners are 50/50 everytime they go into them. It's going to be interesting with traffic.
Charles qualifying pace is outstanding his a demon when it comes to quali pace

Fun fact: This lap is the new track record, faster than Bottas' 2019 pole lap by 0.292s.
Would love to see the telemetry because you can hear the engine revs climbing down the main straight where as other cars seem to just top out.
Apparently the Alpha Tauri is the fastest down the main straight.
Terrible sounding cars. Why they got rid of high revving V10 engines I will never understand. F1 lost its soul with these turbo hybrid engines, they might as well go full electric. We want V10 back!

Leclerk is the best driver today (2023 mai). If he could drive a Red Bull, Max Verstappen would be a couple of second slower.
1.1 seconds faster than last year….That shows that Redbull for sure has some mole around the FIA….Any other car has been built according to the regulations, but Red Bull seems to hold some extra secret!
