  1. Damn poor Chaos 😪

2:54 Back in the days we also had DD Crow, which was released with all the DD stuff in Dark Crisis, if I remember correctly. It wasnt viable at all tho since the GY wasnt the 2nd hand like nowdays.

Gravekeepers had also 2 Handtraps, but they arent any good at all

  2. Chaos really struggles against decks from 08-13 or so, where they have decent spells, plenty of good traps and more importantly, massive archetype power creep (the power to search and plus freely). If it wants to win it has to open the GOOD spells aka mirage, D duo and charity + IO/Crush(with target) or it just dies. It also has a poor side deck. The only obvious side deck in cards are meta, change of heart and double wobaku. The rest are too situational.

  3. Fire Fist was one of the older decks that did a bit of everything consistently. It's actually had a good deal of support over the years, the problem is that a lot of the older effects don't do enough compared to modern shenanigans. I don't doubt some madman could find ways to make good use of some of these cards though, I mean Tenki is still a staple in every Beast-Warrior deck since then for one.

  4. Great win for Fire Fist against last year's winner. Chaos seemed to brick while Fire Fist opened the combo 3 out of 4 times. I guess that's the drawback of playing 1-of power spell the deck.

Synchro Cat vs Samurai, woof. That seems like it could really go either way.

  5. I knew Fire Fists could win this. Three Axis was a real powerhouse. If only they didn't hit Tenki and Spirit so soon in its lifespan.

Next one should be good. I'll give it to Six Samurai 3-2 because of consistency. That said, this next one could be a total toss up.
