  1. Cats are amazing. They like most animals senses things, are smart, can climb, and yes they can swim. But, even with that, a hurricane is nothing for such precious fur babies to be stuck in, and go through. So, so glad they made it and pray the other one did too. Also pray someone is making sure they get fed and have fresh water. Thank You so much for having the heart and taking the time to check on them. And letting the us know they made it. It definitely eases one's worried soul. Praise GOD!

  2. There was a viewer Kaylajayned that replied to several comments on your Dark Island live video before the storm. She said that there are actually over 100 feral cats and most of them hang out by a certain house and that many people in the neighborhood try to help feed them. She said it's been going on for generations. People wanted to help and not leave them but they can't catch them. That's what she said anyway. She said her family has lived there for many years.

  3. It would be so helpful if residents trapped the cats and got them vaccinated and spayed/neutered. Or there will be dozens more starving frightened cats. I do trapping and TNR in my community. That community is failing cats on a grand scale.😢

  4. So happy to see they survived!! If you take some food back maybe the other one will come out? I hope he's OK. I'm sure they stuck together as they look like a family. They have such unique markings too, so pretty. When you called that little kitty over it was so sweet. This is a happy thing to see amongst all the other wreckage. I hope you get to take some food back at some stage. Someone has put that tin tray out with fresh water in though so that's a good sign. Thank you for showing us the kitties. 👍🙏🐾😻😻😻😻💚

  5. Awe as a cat lover this made my heart happy! You are one of my favorite YouTube investigators and it’s great to see how kindhearted you are as well. Shame to whoever left those sweet kitties!

  6. There was a stray in my neighborhood when I had to quickly evacuate due to Hurricane Harvey a few years ago and when I returned a week later, I saw it in the neighborhood again. Have no idea how, but it survived! The neighborhood was a mess and still pretty much deserted so I started feeding it and, wouldn't you know it, she's now sitting here on my lap as I type this! 😄

  7. As a kitty rescuer it appears they might come to you if you have canned food to offer. I'll bet they are very hungry. I'm sure there's a place that will take them to hopefully be adopted out. I've cared for ferals almost 9 years now and these kitties don't look feral. More than likely nervous due to their current situation. Please see what you can do to help these babies. I would if I lived closer. In my experience ferals never seem interested when a human is near. They're outta there.

  8. I contacted the ASPCA OF FLORIDA they forwarded information to others in area about the feral cats. Also the video hope it was ok . And they said the cats are being fed and feral also probably went to higher ground or up a house for shelter. During storm. So someone is feeding. They said they will need to trap em and will look into. But I passed it along . Maybe they will come and rescue . If someone
Else want to also contact em and ask about? ❤️❤️❤️🐈‍⬛🐈👈🏻
