Cara Neir returns with their latest release, Part III / Part IV, showcasing their signature blend of grindcore, crust, and black metal. This album continues to push the boundaries of the genre, delivering intense and thought-provoking tracks that explore themes of humanity and justice.
The album features eight tracks, with five new pieces written and recorded in October-November 2017 and vocals recorded from October 2018 – January 2019. The album also includes one track written and recorded back in February 2014, with vocals recorded in November 2017.
Featuring the vocal talents of Chris Francis and Garry Brents, who also handles the instrumentation, backing and clean vocals, lyrics and production, Part III / Part IV includes guest appearances by Dunub on the outro piece of track four, Misandr providing noise and sampling on tracks three, five and eight, and Jon Rosenthal delivering spine-tingling shrieks on track eight.
