The 1990 Maza MX-5 Miata is probably the strongest car for E Class. Couple that with a good tune and you got yourself quite the winning machine.
In this weeks Open Series in Multiplayer, we’re gonna put the tune that we made in the last Upgrade&Tune Video to the test.

I'm really sad about this. One reason I came to FM(8) from FH5 was because of the dominance of power builds and OP cars in FH5. E-Class seems to be quite even among most cars except the Miata. It's a shame because, without the Miata, there would be a wide variety of cars winning races. I made a '65 Mini Cooper that had great handling balanced with pretty substantial power, but the Miatas would pass me in the straights. There always seems to be one car that turns each class into a one-model affair. It's so sad in E Class because of the parity of the other cars.

I actually love e to a class racing in open lobbies, and i usually igonre te op car just for the sake of better more competetive racing! And E and D classes are really fun!
Yeah the miata sucks really, there are so many cars, finally are many cars useable, i love the golf mk2 in b class, its absolute competitive, hioe they nerv the miata

I've never won an online race before. With this build (a slightly different tune), I've podiumed 5 times today. 2 wins, 2 pole positions. It's kind of an insane build.
'72 Mazda Cosmo has been nice… as well as the '01 Acura Integra.

I remember when I first got a Miata. I was amazed how the car performed straight out of the box with no adjustments. It's quite good in C-class as well after upgrading it. One of my favorite things to do in the game is in single player. I take all the E-Class cars, level them legit to 50, and make them into competent C-Class racers. I just find it fun and relaxing. I then learn the cars, and get a bit better with each new car tuning them. I find it interesting. The Datsuns are all pretty good out of the box, too. My best car so far is a BMW turbo. It has the best lap times so far. It took a lot of tuning and tinkering, but it is a dream to drive. Nice video once again.
Wow, this build is amazing! Got my first race win and was like in your video… qualified 4th and by the end of the straight on Mugelo I had almost 3 second lead!

The smokescreen thing is a bug. Been in the game for a while now. And the MX-5 has always been OP in C and D class for handling tracks. Try the Cosmo too.
Just have to accept there will always be meta cars in every class, which makes it extremely satisfying when you beat them in other cars.
So far from my own experience. Mazda Cosmo, Lotus Elan and Honda S800 are good match ups to the 1990 Miata in E Class if they're set up well.
