The joke of today is funniest than yesterday 😂
Day 2… Alhamdollillah success!
Deep reflections and connections..so much cleansing to be done in our hearts so we can open it to others. Most problems will just go away if we can deflate our inflated egos for the sake of Allah and hereafter! Agree to disagree..but stick together for greater good!
Day 1 lesson: Meaningful identity as Muslims
Day 2 lesson: Sacrificing for the greater good family, community and so on.
Jazakallah for all your efforts! ❤️
It is always beautiful to start with a little banter! Life is heavy in itself! Salam

Alhamdulillah thank you all❤
Muslim women should cover properly not just cover head but cover the body with an outer garment. Most scholars in west try to blend in their society and they water down some Islamic rulings to fit in their society. Please don't be ashamed of your identity as a practicing muslim.
I just gave an example of hijab. There are many more issues.
My life has totally changed since I started an investment of 78k and now earning over 152k just in 15 days. Praise be to Allah
Subhanallah, it is the first time I am listening to the 30, amazing and in such depth. Jazakallah to all. May allah bless Yaqeen Instituate abundantly for reaching out to the ummah.
MashaAllah😊
Mashallah
I liked todays joke better 😂😂😂
Dr. Tasneem ! What an insightful explanation- much needed in this age and time . Depression and anxiety is on the rise and people feel more lonely than ever – just because the communal aspect of existence is missing
Jazakallah Al Khair
Well, I prefer Sheikh Abdullah's joke it did make me crack tho, sorry Imam Omar but thumbs up for trying 😂😂
I half agree with Dr. Tasneem’s reflection. I do agree that the Quran and the tradition of our Prophet (PBUH) does call upon us to make sacrifices and to strive against our nafs for the benefit of the collective and for our spiritual wellbeing. I also agree that we must be mindful of this cultural rise around self worship, and as a mental health counselor, it’s something I have to be especially mindful of. However, I do believe that over all else, our religion promotes balance. As Salman Al Farisi (RA) has famously advised Abu Dardaa (RA) “Your Lord has a right upon you, your self has a right upon you and your family has a right upon you. Fulfill your rights towards each one.” Sacrifices are sometimes healthy and necessary for our social, relational, and spiritual wellbeing, but so is proper rest, nurturing your body, and practicing appropriate boundary setting. There are times where you may have to put the needs of others above your own, and times where it is necessary to prioritize your own needs. A lack of balance in any of the responsibilities we have to God, ourselves, and our families, can have spiritual, mental, physical, social, and relational consequences. Isn’t our religion ultimately about balance?
Sorry sheikh Abdullah sheikh was better 😂
I’m so inspired by this series to work harder for the community even when I don’t feel like I’m being seen or heard
I’ve got to agree Sheikh Abdallahs joke was phenomenal! Sorry Sheikh Omar 😂😂
The jokes are killing me. Keep it coming MashAllah.
Sheikh Abdullah's dad joke in the beginning had me laughing 😂
Beautiful words from Dr Tesneem.
Jazakallah Khairan to Dr Suleiman and the entire Yaqeen team.
Thank you for these wonderful podcasts. I have a suggestion though. Please mention the stories in every Juz too as they give context to what you are saying. Like in 2nd Juz there are so many instructions about life that you didn’t mention. I know you are giving a general viewpoint but there are many specifics in these Juz that you should mention too. Thank you!
SubhanAllah i so much love ur humour and joke in the start
Masha Allah❤❤❤
Alhamdudillah 💜
Beautifully said Jazaakallah Khaire
Today's grandad joke was better 🤭🤭
Asalamualaikum
Good joke
Sheikh Abdullah
Bad joke
Dr Omar .
I'm not a Muslim, although I have family who are and have studied it a bit in the past. I am curious about how 'essential' it is for Muslims to accept the Koranic history of mankind as you present it, if that is what it is, vs. what scholars and archeologiest and students of other cultures have proven–that there were many different, great civilizations in the world before Islam–of which the Indian and Chinese were but one example. The beliefs in these societies did not much resemble Islam or any other Abrahamic religions. How can anyone who accepts modern science accept that mankind had a common history, that Adam was the father of the Human Race, or other statements that have zero evidence other than religious texts?
We have many Christian groups that believe, against all scientific evidence, that the Earth was created a few thousand years ago and that the book of Genesis is superior to Science. These are mostly considered outlier branches of Christianity. Does Mainline Islam insist believes accept assertions that appear to modern people more like Fairy Tales than conventional reality? Which is not to say the moral lives demanded by Islam are wrong. Thank you.
Noted:
REMEMBER OUR ULTIMATE GOAL
1. Remember be haya before Allah.
2. Go forth for Allah lightly or heavily with yourself and wealth from micro-collective actions. Our purpose is Allah's pleasure in this world and hereafter. And remember Allah will reward us more than we expect.
3. Enjoin righteousness and call the truth to come back in tawhid (unity). Take a moment to ask yourself: 'Do I do this for the sake of Allah and establishing truth or my ego?'
mashallah
i got goosebumps listening to this subhanallah. may Allah give us the ability to obey him the way He deserves
13:52 Mashallah everything she said was an eye opener i admit I’m a very self centered person:( may Allah make me better
Thank you dr Tasnim ,finally someone talked about how the world is going the selfish way and how we should be cooperative with each other ❤❤❤
Re joke that was a good come back.
MashaAllah MashaAllah MashaAllah, may you continuously share your thoughts on the importance of being a wonderful person for the sake of Allah, Allahuma amine. Everything mentioned here was reasonably accurate and well done ❤
Shaykh abdullah mentioned a hadith from Ali رضي الله عنه and i searched what he said and i found this beautiful profound saying:
Jazakallah khairan for all your insights, and to all the people behind Yaqeen institute. May Allah swt bless you all ❤
The jokes are not funny so please just stick to the explanation.
Subhan'Allah 💝
