It turns out nobody was in the vehicle at all, and these two did not come out with bags of cash.

Regardless of the fire lane violation there are issues with leaving an unattended running vehicle which is illegal in most states. There have definitely been mechanical failures in the past where vehicles have come out of park and went into reverse which could cause injury or death to others.
They were, more than likely, on a cash drop run instead of a pickup. See large stores like Bucees need cash drops on lower denominations and coins to give out as change. While they were there, they picked up lunch. I see no problem, with the exception of them blocking the access ramp.

Oh boy, lets break this down:
1st: Loomis Drivers have no authority and they know it since the training is fairly long and covers what they can and cannot do
2nd: Loomis Drivers are trained to park there, and in many ways it's all down to company policy to reduce the risk of being robbed in transit
3rd: Those vehicles cannot be shut-off on route
4th: Have fun telling Loomis that you're mad about it, because they ask them to park like that
Your actually abuse your position. No one got hurt and their was no incidents of fire in the building or code 2 or 3 crime.. They deal with money by havig a real job and need a safe place to get out of if something goes wrong. Why don''t you do a ride along with them for a day? Also with. The Police and Fire Department. Yes, the PD and FD are jerks right? Until you need them. You rnot half blind. You are acting fulling blind.
