I doubt she’s a nurse. She’s probably a hired caregiver. Some of those caregivers DO open mail to help their clients pay bills etc at the request of the client, however anything beyond that should get her fired. She has no business talking about her clients and their finances on social media.

I'm black in a three-bedroom two-bath home and my light bill usually runs around $13 to $45 a month..it's called insulation insulation insulation and turn lights off when you leave the room do your laundry at the laundromat you will see a difference in your light bill and heat with wood..My electricity my water and my cable and car insurance all 4 cost me $265 a month that's it..

I'm white and we certainly didn't have lights left on. We had to drink powdered milk and my mom took care of rich white people. My mom brought us kids up to be responsible responsible , kind and caring.
It wouldn't surprise me if she mistook a water bill for a power bill. The sheer (assumed) size of the house she's in doesn't suggest a $50 power bill, but a water bill could potentially be that low.
