This season got me back into Fortnite after leaving when chapter 1 season 5 dropped. The bending was so much fun. Loved the map, the mini bosses, and the Greek mythology items. Ton of fun. Have found myself slowly stopping playing again though, so I’m hoping next season brings in a bunch of new and fun mechanics to play around with.
that cycle was exactly the cycle that happens every chapter, chapter one people wanted a new map for so long and now we look back we miss it, we wanted a new map on chapter 2, we look back we miss it, chapter 3, we miss it, i feel like the quality is being improved but it’s not what we as players feel to fit our needs for some reason cause we’re so used to constant change so when there’s not much change I feel it gets stale.
Fortnite fans are like critics, they can never get their mind up. And they're also never satisfied with anything. Im a fortnite fan who, like most normal people, is satisfied with the seasons and battle passes (except primal).
Well, I liked it, but it felt like the game is focusing less on battle royale, and more towards the other modes, even though none of the newer modes have reached past maybe 50k-75k players, meanwhile battle royale is constantly in the 300k or above. Another thing is map changes, there was little to no map changes. There was only the element shrines and the Star Wars outposts. I really hope this is something they improve on in season 3. Last thing, the mini live event. I thought it was cool, don’t get me wrong. But with the content in it, it could’ve been a live event. A small one, but still an event. Instead of rolling it out in phases, it should’ve happened all at once on like, a Saturday instead of 2pm, when a lot of their audience is in school. The event could’ve been a week before the new season, and the sandstorm could be the build up after the event, leading to season 3.
Funny how you keep saying how waterbending and chains were trash then magically overpowered despite the buffs given to them did almost nothing meaning it was never trash they were always op
A very fun season. Definetly way better than the previous season, which was trash. Had it flaws (especially the star wars update, which was poor this year, replacing seasonal mythics, removing rarities)
i’ve been having a great time returning to fortnite with this chapter after og season, these new chapters made me realize my old love for this game and I am so sexcited for the new season
I loved the avatar collab, it actually got me into it! I used to just not really care about avatar tla but now I've finished the entire show! It's amazing! I appreciate the update so much! I even bought most of the atla skins in fortnite!
Easily a 3/10 season for me. I hated the lack of decent land mobility besides Airbending. The Greek items being vaulted in favor of the Avatar mythics put a bad taste in my mouth. I did enjoy the mythics for the most part actually. However, Airbending having no decent counter just lead to final circles with everybody running around with it. The Chains of Hades were the perfect counter for it. Just why. A half-assed Star Wars update with only a single lightsaber on the map should be criminal. I would have taken regular lightsabers instead of the ones with Force abilities. And again, I feel a real lack of quality control with how buggy the seasons keep feeling as they go on. Yoda really said, “Game crash, you must” and it worked. You can really feel the lack of focus in Battle Royal due to the attention being split between the different games. LEGO Fortnite got lightsabers and much more while Battle Royal got the leftovers.
I liked this season, the story quests we’d decent the new Greek weapons were good and the poi’s and characters were good and I just liked the Greek theme, I wish they had focused on the Greek a lil more though, Also this was the only battle pass I’ve ever gotten cuz I’ve finally got enough v bucks without spending any money to get it and I liked it And they shouldn’t have vaulted the Greek mythics
Bro this session is dead 💀 the boy get ptsd when an NPC pulls out the chains I can't even get top 10 now when I here the lighting bolt off Zuse from where who knows where kids be pulling up on you you put one ramp and a zuse fun boy just starts lighting you up

This season was fine. Kinda wish they did more with the Geek Mythology theme because it was perfect for a fortnite season.
