There are a few trinkets that outperform everything else and we are discussing which ones and why in this video. Gruesome Syringe should be honorable mention. Especially for resto sham and Hpala it has their best secondary stat (crit) amd the flat healing I feel like is underrated, whether it procs more than sims say or what i have no idea, but for me in raid and m+ it regularly does around 4-7% of my healing.
