on the 1st one, i don't care if he is completely guilty, he said he was homeless, he is babbling in some angry sounds no one can decipher.
that mans needs a defense attorney, and should be put up for a mental evaluation, as well as competency hearing.
far to often many of these homeless people suffer from serious mental health issues. barring that in mind, how could he possibly defend himself in court?
