I planted broken pieces, stem cuttings or surplus Autumn Joy Sedum in shade intentionally. They are sun loving plants that do not grow too well in full shade. For Autumn Joy, they are smaller and stems are thinner. Exactly what I want, adding some color, texture to other shade plants. The blooms add a splash of color.
If they dwindle down to nothing, it is alright but has not happen yet and they have been there for almost 7 years.
