Police Officers Rescue 4-Year-Old Girl From Hanging Car

Hero police officers rescued a four-year-old girl and her mother from a hanging car. The drama started when a mom and her four-year-old daughter were left dangling over a wall. Colorado police rescued the girl from the back seat. She begged them not to forget about her trapped mom. “When I grabbed her the sensation was honestly relief,” says police officer Raquel Ray. The mother was later led out of the SUV. Cops say she may have suffered a medical emergency.

  1. How can a city tell homeowners they have to shovel the snow off of the sidewalk? Don't homeowners pay taxes for sidewalk maintenance? I know my taxes go towards road maintenance, and they'll even mow the easement a couple times a year. But I dont live in the city, and we dont have sidewalks here, so maybe that is different. Or maybe its just a Northern thing since it doesn't snow here.
