GVF just posted a live version of their new song Farewell for Now and I have to say, it is freaking amazing, especially live. Way to go and keep the faith.

I love this. The studio version cuts off before the last line, so it doesn’t have that incredible last note. Which is an interesting choice…maybe they want to save the gift of that big last note for the live shows.
Every time I listen to this song it gets better and better. The live is flawless. They looked like they were having so much fun, and I really felt their appreciation for us throughout the whole song. It also just shows how much they enjoy performing together. This song isn’t just about us fans but about them as a band. You can see the love and brotherhood between them all evident on stage. Warms my soul man, it’s just beautiful.
Congrats on the 1000+ subs! I'm sad to hear you got some reactions blocked. Hopefully you get that cleared up. Some reactors create patron pages to be able to posts reactions that get blocked meanwhile others get really creative with their edits. By the way I also enjoy listening to Greta Van Fleet. I was able to attend a concert earlier in the year and it was amazing, topped only by Muse's tour with Evanescence and One Ok Rock.
Personally, I wish Jake didnt wear that suit, its ill fitting at best, but to wear a serpent ( as they call it) is a bit daft when they dislike the LZ comparisons so much, its just inviting exactly that. He used to rock the old ibdividual outfits be wore. s for Josh and a jockstrap, did anyone ever suggest a certain Percy Plant should do so, in some circles its apparently referred to as the fifth member 😂 I'd rather see that than these so called men ( or it's) onstage wearing daft dresses 😂
LOL…yes, Josh should. I realize he’s partial to jumpsuits, and they must be comfortable, but I think construction and material should be taken into consideration. I like when Josh and Jake are harmonizing, definitely some brotherly love there. Josh can really hold a note! This is the first time I can recall seeing Danny singing back up too.
Wait, when did Danny start doing backing vocals? I always thought it was the one thing GvF were lacking, live backing vocals. Looks like they've been working on this. Good to see.
