Currently this game is only available in the UK, Philippines, Netherlands and Australia. So if it isn't showing up for you that may be why.
What do you think about this soft launch? I personally really want these things in the game:
– Choose your plants (even if they don't want to make it for all levels, they could just do some levels like this)
– A level selector or world map
– Get rid of the lives system or change it
– Focus more on new gameplay content like more plants and zombies and areas more than the story/garden building thing. I feel like they've sacrificed actual content in favour of making the story/garden building more expanded (who really wanted that anyway? We're playing pvz for pvz..)
I don't think any of those 3 asks are unrealistic at this stage. Although we all want even bigger changes, unfortunately, I don't think they're going to make any fundamental changes to the game at this point.

Honestly this gameplay looks good, and if we get rid of the overworld and expand the gameplay then this game is perfect.

Took like 5 years, game have less than 10 types of plants and zombies, gameplay is not even challenging in a good way, require internet connection all the time, levels are just copied and pasted 150 times with next to no changes. Safe to say im gonna stick with PvZ 1 for 10 more years or probably forever.

What the hell is this art style, pvz 1 and 2 had a good art style but then pvz 3 comes along with (in my opinion) the cartoon style done bad, atleast with the plants and zombies

I swear to god, if they don't give us the pick our seeds or removing the whole garden scapes crap, then MAYBE it can be good but for now, it SUCKS!!

No new plants just little no. Same goes for zombies
Seed slot is limited

They removed how Quash does a cannonball jump on water now he just stays on top of it and tangle kelp, it usually 'tangles'the zombie and drag them underwater

I wish they would actully let you choose your plants.
This game is more hard than other. Its cute
bonk choy needs to be nerfed, or else bamboo shooter needs a buff. The only situation I see bamboo shooters being useful is then there's at least 2 of them in the same lane or with snow pea, which can prevent gargantuars from smashing a single plant

I hope they release the game, I don't want the saga to fall into oblivion. Also I think plants vs zombies needs a Netflix series.
