Albuquerque, New Mexico — On June 24, 2023, around 3:30 p.m. 41-year-old Mark Peter was found in a car passed out parked at the AutoZone across the street from the market. Albuquerque Police ran the plate of the vehicle and discovered Peter had several felony warrants out for his arrest. Police gave Peter several chances to come out peacefully. Eventually, Peter woke up and took off, so police popped his tires. Minutes later video shows officers running after him into the El Mezquite Market.
Two officers tried to tase Peter, but Peter pulled out a gun and started shooting at them. That’s when officers started shooting at Peter as he shot back. Several people were at checkout lines when Peter ran inside. Peter reportedly fired 13 shots at officers, and they returned 45 shots. Peter later died from his injuries. No one else was injured in the shootout. Police stated Peter had multiple felony warrants, including one for drug trafficking after he was found by Bernalillo County Sheriff’s deputies in April, passed out in his car. Investigators got a search warrant for the car and found a gun and drugs inside.

Cop saw gun after he was tased, said it & all cops just go crazy. Like it is excuse/cause/reason enough to fire off rounds.
Clearly officers need more training cause they cannot work together. People cannot stop & follow order at same time as being electrocuted.
Officers & militiary are trained to take a taser. Yes to get used to the pain. They person in question knows they are going to be tased & has all their buddies with. It is a non hostile enviroment. They are not asked to follow a list of orders. Yet they ask everyday people to do so.
I have seen the videos! Some have even wet they pants! They cannot comply with any & all oders. Don't get me started of the fact the trainee is laid on the mat. Completely diffent types of exposure. With the ones who use on others laugh like they are having good time.
Taser guns are even being used on minors. Seen those videos as well. Electric-shock therapy was banned as medical treatment. Hass been introduced as self protection & for use on livestock.
Wrong side of law…. Wrong side of humanity more like it.
This is so sad did they are allowed to empty every single day God every single cop in that supermarket emptied a clip on that man the mean cannot have survived that shooting it's so terrifying you getting a way to take cover under a literal cash register a little cop shooting his gun ready innocent person

The police fired 45 times at the suspect. I wonder how many hits they got. Bottom line is those officers were horrible marksmen. He should have been shot in the legs a couple of times before running in the store and possibly causing harm to innocent bystanders.

These bone heads are so lucky they didn't kill the man behind the checkout, taking cover. I believe APD was shooting at each other, thinking it was the suspect. We all know APD is trigger-happy
That check out chick was trying to find a hole in the ground.
They let him run towards innocent people and put them all in danger by not shooting before he went inside the store. Lucky no one was hurt.
