  1. It's also a bit mind blowing to realize Ahsoka is only 45 during this series, despite it taking place fully 28 years after the end of the Clone Wars. She was only 17 during the Siege of Mandalore, which is concurrent with Revenge of the Sith, so it takes place 19 years BBY. Then, add in the 4 years that pass between Yavin and Endor, and then this takes place 5 years after Endor.

  2. Oh how I hoped that we would get to see Clone Wars in Live Action!

And this really showed, like you said, how young Ahsoka and other Padawans really were, while fighting in the war…it doesnt have the same impact like in animated form.

  3. Having Hayden and Arianna show up and just crush it really showed how mediocre the rest of the cast is. I hate when they have these 15-20 minutes of incredible storytelling/direction. Because it just reminds me of what we could have had instead of what we got.

Just the sparring between Hayden and Dawson and you can tell who put in the work and who didn't. Hayden looked like he was purposefully holding back. I really wanted a longer sequence between him and Arianna, though. Live action Clone Wars with those two would probably bring me back to the IP. And the Anakin/Vader transitions were gorgeous.

  4. I will never get tired of seeing your reactions. the positivity this channel puts out is a truly a speck of gold in a pile of YouTube dust that is Star Wars content. Too many negative channels presenting their opinions as the “correct” one, not enough of this. Keep it up guys, you truly embody what it means to be a Star Wars fan and I love seeing how much the channel has grown!

  5. Late comments I know. But I loved everything about this episode! My call is this. Ahsoka will find Sabine and Ezra. Can't say anything between but. Ahsoka will have Sabine for her Padawan and when they get back. Ezra will get to take Jacen on as his! How full circle would that be!! Just a thought! Can't wait for Tuesday!

  6. This show seems like it's becoming a reflection of how a lot of people move through their lives. Starting with youth and innocence, through learning and becoming responsible, then later years where passing on knowledge and becoming more spiritual is important.
