Warhammer+ have good episode with him. Where he is trapping chaos space marines inside on of his "exhibits" . If you will search good you will find it even on YT or at least main part of the episode "Trazyn trolls chaos marine" (in search).
The old ones from fantasy are apparently not the same as 40k so no1 actually knows what they look like.
To give you an idea of WHY people hate Matt Ward's work, imagine a named character like Thrall picking up Sargeras's sword out of the ground and smacking him with it. Or the Forsaken suddenly having druids. Or a Tauren rogue. In a vacuum? Cool as hell, but unless implemented well it would just be stupid to even think about. THAT was the issue with Ward's era of writing.

Man you have to read the book The Infinite and the Divine. Incredible book that focuses on him and Orikan the diviner. My favorite book in the 40k universe

Weshammer's deep dive and longer form videos are fascinating to me. The details he chooses to highlight is what makes him stand out imo. It sucks the timezone difference makes it difficult for me watch the stream but at least theres youtube lol.
