  1. Love that they let you experience being a powerful action dude before taking all your ammo away and showing you more serious death. I dunno if it's supposed to have themes, but it's very cool either way, especially considering it's a short game jam game.

  2. I find graphics can only immerse the player up to a point
but good audio design can really push the immersion beyond just scary visuals, which I think this game nailed home.
The simplicity of it is what really sold the atmosphere.

  3. The 007 Goldeneye part was really done well. That spoopy crawling creature though reminded me of the old Morrowind creepypasta, Jvk1166z.esp for some reason.

  4. That was super spooky, honestly i would have quit early. The black figures running around is visual unsettling. With hyper realistic graphics it's easyer to see a monster, and more horrific, but with low graphics nothing beats the primal fear of the unknown.

  5. That was crazy good. I'd even want to play a non-horror version of that, kinda felt cheated in a way when it changed tone.

And going through both levels a second time in bizarro mode was an awesome decision vs making new levels dedicated to the new theme. You can take a quicker pace the second time in a level, but the mood makes you still want to go slow.
