🔧🏍️ WELCOME TO OUR JUNKYARD GEM | 1974 HONDA CB550 PROJECT! 🏍️🔧

Welcome back, motorcycle enthusiasts! In this video, we’re unveiling our newest passion project that we’ve been eager to share with you all – a vintage Junkyard 1974 Honda CB550. It may seem like a rust bucket for now, but we’re going to pour our hearts, souls, and wrenches into it, transforming it into a road-worthy masterpiece!

This bike has a special history, sitting in a junkyard and forgotten, just waiting for the right team to restore its glory. That’s where we step in! Over the coming weeks, we’ll be refurbishing every inch of this classic machine, from its iconic inline-four engine to its shiny chrome trim. Expect the unexpected as we bring you along for the ride, showing you each step of our restoration process.

But that’s not all. This project is not just about resurrecting a vintage beauty; it’s about giving back to the community we love. Once our CB550 is road-ready, we will be DONATING it to a charity. The funds raised from this classic beauty will help those in need and spread the love of motorcycles far and wide.

So join us in our journey of rebirth and restoration. Learn a little more about motorcycle mechanics, fall in love with the classic charm of the CB550, and let’s make a difference together!

  1. best thing you did was hose engine with wd40.. 50/50 actone/atf fluid in spray bottle is the same and cheaper… dollartree spray bottle.. you could ask scotchbrite for support. Awesome idea raffle

  2. I absolutely say no to a chopper they don't look at that way better off just bringing it back to closest original as possible they look stupid as a chopper

  3. First and foremost, you should take the bike rescue in the direction you feel most led. That said, that chopper look is vile to my taste and would not be interested in entering a raffle with it in that configuration.

    Thanks for the content!

  4. Oh, what an amazing find!

I'd definitely like to see it returned at least close to stock! If you were doing a raffle sort of thing as a give-away (donating proceeds instead of the bike — though I absolutely understand the logistical nightmare that would be, and no I'm not making the suggestion), I'd have to admit to being extremely interested in purchasing a chance for it.

  5. Those handlebars are awful. I'm not sure about the chopper vibe, but I'm sure it'll turn out great no matter what. I've just never loved the idea of making a 4 cylinder into a chopper. If you don't go the chopper route, I have some euro spec (low) bars for that bike. Cut for wires already.

  6. I've recently picked up a 74 in the same color. Would love to swap out your side covers for the black repos that came on it before you do a repaint. Also have a new repo front master cylinder/handle to toss in.
