This Necro Flame Wraith build is super strong and a lot of fun, try it out! The damage is enough to take down Julra in under 10 seconds; it’s super tanky because it gets 50% all res and 50% more armor for free; and can take down enemies from offscreen. It’s also not that expensive to put together. Great build overall.
