In case you haven’t noticed Bambi’s bombs are only red when she’s transformed, but when she isn’t transformed her bombs are blue.
Gigi said that he/she doesn’t need the soul reapers to be dead in order to be turned into zombies only quincies need to be dead, so no Toshiro isn’t dead.

As he said, to turn a shinigami into a zombie he doesn't need to kill them, he just splashed some blood on Toshiro and he became a zombie. 🤷♂️

Keep in mind, Giselle's blood works on soul reapers even if they are alive, it is only for other Quincys that they have to be dead. So Toshiro could still be alive even though he is a zombie. I guess we'll see next week
