Zen Garden Paradise – HyperSonic Edition

The final track of Desert Dazzle US. This is the album version of the Good Future. It’s more Zen Garden based because this track is based off of the Gobi Desert than the Egyptian Desert.

PRODUCTION LOG:
Throughout the entire track, there is generally more Chinese instruments to really put out that Zen Garden feel the original had. I added flutes, and replaced some parts with the herentals.

This track was under production this month. This took awhile to make because I didn’t know what to do with this track, so I starting looking at what I did with the original version of the Past Theme’s melody to get some ideas of what to do. That was when I came up with the part at 1:411:53, which takes out the herentals, and the guitar takes the lead with another atmospheric melody.

The reason why I this took so much longer than it should’ve was because of the intro. I wanted an intro that would lead well into the main melody without being too saturated so that the transition to the new intro to the old intro doesn’t sound weird. I went with the oasis melody, but it plays in the herentals. I had this lying in the trash pile as a test of what the oasis would sound like if the lead was more focused on being more Zen than an oasis. I even added the harp there just a few minutes ago because I thought of how my friend wanted to have more development with the harp.

REVIEW:
I like this one just as much as the original remake. I’m not too sure if it’s a huge improvement or a slight downgrade, but this would still live around the same level as the original.

THANK YOU MESSAGE:
If you’ve read this far, I’m thankful for your dedication to read more on the development of these tracks, and for listening to them all. The criticism I got for the old ones was why I had thoughts of remaking these tracks in the first place. Next up after this is Relic Ruins US, which will have to wait for some time since I currently have no ideas for the Past Theme (I have some for the future themes, don’t worry). Relic Ruins US will be based more off of Nicolas Quiles’ melody rather than making a new one (like the old versions of it). Until then, God bless you, and I hope you have a nice rest of the day. Glory to God!!
