I've only seen like 2-3 bomb flowers in the emergency shrine. Are the rest hiding under unbroken rocks?
For anyone who hates killing elemental slimes just kill a bunch of blue slimes throw their jelly on the ground in a big pile and shot it with the desired element arrow and the slime jelly becomes the element you shot it with

Their wings are also very useful because they make the arrow go much further. It's a must have to snipe scouts in camps without being seen
Go trade glowfish for arrows in the Rito area w/ the hot air balloons. Can't remember how many you get with each trade (she asks for some other items as well, but as I am a hoarder in the game, I had plenty to trade) but I stocked up to around 700 the first time I met her and haven't had to really worry in the past 30 hours of play time. It's not like I stocked up and didn't pick up anything else along the way, but it was a great boost and still about ~400 remaining.
man i was somewhere and i was able to gather up 144 arrows in like 15 minutes and now i cant remember/find the spot i was in
Arrow Tip**
If you haven't done Eventide Island, yet. You should probably do that as soon as possible. When you get to that island you'll see a man on shore that tells you that there are three camps that need to be gone before he can do research on the island. But in these three camps once you complete that the camps will always be empty every time you come back to the island. But there are so many boxes at two of the three camps that you can easily rack up 50 arrows every time you visit. I'm not sure how often it respawns.
Go to every stavle and trade with beetle for 30 arrows each
