The "bull's-eye" line doesn't make sense without the context of the manga. They changed how the scene went down for some reason. In the manga, she takes a pan (or something) from a passerby and throws it into the tree, and that hits Isshin and knocks him out of it. Hence: bull's-eye

I think the only other times Isshin and Hitsugaya/Rangiku saw each other in Bleach:
-The scene when Rangiku and Isshin saw each other when Ichigo brought an exhausted Isshin with him after training to obtain Mugetsu while Rangiku tried to save Gin from Aizen's wrath.
-I'd say more off-screen, but Isshin arriving to Fake Karakura Town to fight Aizen while Hitsugaya was incapacitated. Same setting and all.
