A super quick meal that is a real winter warmer. We thicken it up with Arrowroot and use 4 chicken breasts diced up into medium chunks. Enjoy.

  3. I never brown chicken either in fact I don't actually brown any meat. I very rarely have red meat, because I always find it too hard to digest, and my other significant self (as Del would say), does not really like red meat. That stew looks delicious! Frank is so delightful what a lovely child. The dogs are gorgeous as well, and I do believe Merlin wants his treats!

Thanks to you both this week we have now changed some of our daily products I didn't realize how much bad stuff our bodys don't need are in most foods really thanks u its definitely made us change an go more healthy an we tried the naked bacon as well yesterday and yeah it's really nice we didn't even realize till watching one of your videos that produces was out there . just need to get some more gadgets to help cook more healthy now in kitchen much love guys awesome couple 😊

  7. The chicken stew looked lovely, that's one thing i'll eat but only with chicken breasts. I also add beans and tinned marrowfat peas, but i drain the liquid off first. I keep meaning to get some arrowroot but keep forgetting. I've been checking out sourkrout since i saw you put some on your salad Martin, i noticed it's in salt water which i don't mind so i'll have to add them both to my online shop

  8. Your machine sounds great for the dogs, I think the hair side would be great for my cats. They moult terrible. You brush them forever and still the hair comes out. Little frank is such a lovely little boy bless him. The stew looked lovely. Thank you for today.
