Don’t buy a Laundromat, EVER! Who would sell a successful cash business? No ONE! These folks are selling failures. Don’t build a Laundromat either. Spend hundreds of thousands on permits and infrastructure that already exist in so many stores? Why would you give someone cash for their already failed attempt at ANY business? Why provide the state and city government money for EPA Fees and the “right” to build from scratch. I have a better way. Scout stores, find the dogs and call the landlord. These locations exist in RENTED SPACE, and those leases are ready to be re-set to reasonable rates! Then, we Re-Tool the equipment using other people’s money! The Rich get that way, not by saving and certainly not by risking their own capital. Lastly, OPERATE better than anyone in the city! I teach all of this in my silly course.   3. bro people are so dumb lol… i once brought an item in to sell, the dealer said its very nice but we aren't buying.. then showed me the door. on the way out i said this is ridiculous… the value of this item is worth $2500, you sell these items… you dont know how much im even offering to sell it for. you don't know my circumstances, i might need to sell this for $500 NOW because i need the $… y'all didn't even talk price. TERRIBLE WAY TO DO BUSINESS as i walked out the door
