  1. Good Job commander.
Highwayman and Old Glory did a stellar job with their missions and everyone is mostly in one piece.

Crusader on the other hand… needs to learn basic safety for his own sake and the team. Because, running head first into a poison cloud is not a good idea. Even if you can eliminate an enemy or otherwise. I can't imagine him using a grenade after that stunt.

Keep up the good work commander and can wait to be out on the field.

So. Turns out that it was a four-way fight down there. I hadn't been briefed on the MTFs, but evidently, they're part of a group known only as "The Foundation". Evidently, they have a bit of a scorched earth policy when it comes to secrecy. Still, seems their reputation has been deserved. Old Glory, the crazy jingoistic fellow, came back with a few plasma burns, and Vulpi was sporting a cracked rib or two and some nice big welts from a Foundation agent. Luckily, the Skirmishers were in perfect position to intercept the incoming ADVENT reinforcements, and the team managed to detonate a psionic relay. If they are anything like the psionics from the old war, I'm guessing a few sectoid heads went pop from that.

On the home front – something about vipers. Yes, they're built like every scalie's dream, but they've got a certain anatomical trait in common with terrestrial snakes – their digestive system. And the results of said digestive system. One of the recruits stormed out of the head, complaining that it smelled like something had crawled into the pipes and died. I had cared for snakes while I was in uni pre-invasion, so the smell was not entirely unfamiliar. But still unpleasant. I had to give Sci a brief run-down on the use of air fresheners, and I've also put in a request with Shen to make some free-standing air filters during her down time.

In other news, the Reapers have made contact with us. They wanted us to mediate peace talks between themselves and the Skirmishers, and insisted on a meet-up in one of the abandoned city centers. Which meant Lost. Mission is in progress as of this writing. Fingers crossed, everyone.

If I get to pick, I want one with 115% accuracy, and 37 movement, and 412 armor, and laser vision, and magic powers !! yeah like 69 amount of magic ! lol, Catching part 3 next, ciao bud : HB😆
