Death penalty period. I hope it rots off rom her bite. It has nothing to do with him being abused. A lot of people have been abused. It's all about power. Sentencing laws unfortunately will not change until this kind of violent crime happens to a rich powerful person. It should not take it happening to a rich and powerful person for the law to change but we all know it will. I had a rough experience and I learned one thing – Don't fight back. It makes it worse. Rape is a male picking a fight with a woman. Don't give them what they want. In my situation, saying – Oh baby, it feels so good! Is what put a stop to it. He got off and it was over in five minutes.
