We travelled to the ARMCO ARENA to bring you our match day vlog for Solihull Moors vs Wrexham and it didn’t disappoint! Wrexham have now closed the gap on Notts County in the National League!
Jordan Tunnicliffe opened the scoring with a header. Solihull Moors then started to kick on as they tried to claw their way back into the game but at half time the score was Solihull Moors 0-1 Wrexham!
Thomas O’Connor then scored a stunning free kick screamer into the top corner to make it 2-0 to Wrexham! Bartosz Cybulski made it 2–1 in the 90th minute to pull one but it ended up being a consolation goal!
Wrexham are now 2 points behind notts county in the national league as the 2 teams battle it out for promotion into the football league and league 2!
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will be pleased with their side’s performance. We managed to grab interviews and speak to Phil Parkinson the Wrexham manager, Neal Ardley the Solihull Moors manager and Ollie palmer wrexham striker and Paul Mullin’s colleague.
